In one case, we had him create online training for a client application in a very tight time-frame. Patrick had never even seen the client program. He reviewed the client documentation (400 pages), learned the client system, scripted the training, recorded the audio, created immersive simulated training, tested and vetted the results, and set up the LMS instance- all in less than six weeks.
The end product was so helpful for the client that they were able to reduce their on-site training by a week and commissioned two additional courses. Patrick is accountable and meets dead lines.
